We advise and assist with all the details and matters related to planning a funeral.
- Advice and assistance with any questions you may have in planning a pre-need or at-need funeral service. We are available for consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Offer pre-paid funeral plans to requirements
- Transfer of deceased to our registered mortuary facilities
- In the case of an overseas or away-from-home death, arrangements can be made for return of the deceased
- Arrange interstate/overseas funerals
- Trained personnel providing professional care
- Consult with family and friends in planning funeral arrangements and service details
- Take responsibility for details involved in arranging the service
- Prepare the deceased for viewing
- Arrange embalming if required (i.e. overseas transfer)
- Use of our chapel for private viewing and funeral or memorial services
- Supply a coffin or casket
- Liaise with hospitals, doctors or the coroner
- Register the death
- Obtain copies of the death certificate
- Book the cemetery or crematorium
- Attend to the purchase of a cemetery plot
- Consult with the clergyman or funeral celebrant and make bookings
- Prepare and insert newspaper notices
- Advise appropriate authorities such as Centrelink or DVA
- Organise vehicles, pallbearers, flowers, a memorial book for guests to sign, music, video and audio recording of the service
- Advise on appropriate ritual and religious requirements prior to and during the funeral
